We accept items that are clean, safe, and ready for immediate use in a home. Before submitting a pickup request, please review the guidelines below. If you still have questions, you’re welcome to contact our team for guidance.

Standard Item Guidelines
Mattress & Bulky Item Guidelines

• Clean mattresses free of stains, odors, rips, pests and damage
• Mattresses that are structurally sound and in good condition
• Standard-size furniture that fits typical to small home spaces
• Items that can be safely moved by two people -
Mattresses with stains or visible wear
Items that are too large, heavy or difficult to access
Items that cannot fit through standard doorways or hallways
Items that require disassembly or special equipment to move

Drop-off Items
Bring your items to our warehouse at 10808 J Street during open dock hours.
Monday - Friday | 10 am – 3 pm
Saturday | 10 am – 1 pm
Our staff will be available to assist you with your donation.
If you are in the Omaha metro area and would like to request a furniture donation pickup, please complete our form. If items meet our current needs, you’ll receive a link to schedule pickup.
To help us serve as many families as possible, items must be placed in a garage, curbside, or another easily accessible location on the day of pickup.
Order from our Amazon Wishlist and have it sent directly to our warehouse.
