Referring Partners
Referring partners include representatives of human service organizations, agencies and systems in our community that refer their clients to us for essential furniture and household items. Any representative of a social service agency or approved religious/charity organization with programs that people can enroll in is eligible to become a referring partner. Case managers and representatives have the best understanding of each client’s needs and can then serve as a guide through the process of receiving services from The Furniture Project.
Become a Referring Partner
If you consistently represent clients that have a need for household items and have not filled out this form or if you work for an organization that has not worked with us before, please continue to the form below. You will only need to fill out this form once, after the initial submission you will receive a guide with a link to submit referrals. Save the link and we will reach out to coordinate an onboarding session with your team ensuring you have all of the information needed to continue making successful referrals.
